We have recently launched our new service, tabs analytics, which we wrote to you all about last year. We sent out the first tabs analytics email to those who signed up at the time and have had some great feedback already.
The idea for this came from the last tabs conference in November 2013 where people were interested in statistics being shared among all tabs users to help you understand some of the key trends in the industry and which would give you a picture of what is happening nationally to compare with your own data. The aim has been to keep this very high level and not focusing on specific areas or operators, but to provide an interesting viewpoint by combining everyone’s data into one.
Following an overwhelming response with around 3/4 of tabs customers signing up for the service, we have taken time to develop the method for this to ensure no data is made available to anybody individually, but will be automatically and anonymously uploaded and aggregated for this purpose only. The full set of data is made available only to those agencies who have signed up to the service and will be sent around quarterly with a short summary analysis.
Obviously the more data there is to form the basis of these reports, the better the picture will be, so if you are interested in joining up and haven’t received the recent tabs analytics email, then please drop James an email to email@example.com. There is no additional cost for this service.
