How long will the installation take?

We know that every customer's needs are different, and together with a seasonal business, timing plays a major part in any installation. tabs can be installed and running in just a few days, but most take a few weeks to ensure that all staff are up to speed and that data has been converted satisfactorily.

Can you bring the data over from our old system?

Yes. Having done this a number of times, we have got a system in place to easily transfer most, if not all, of your existing data into tabs. This is dependent upon your existing system. If you would like to know more about how we bring the data over, then please contact us.

What training and support is given?

We know that changing your booking system is a big step and is always a bit nerve-racking! Therefore, during the first few days of operation we can be on site with you to help you out while you are getting to know the system. Once we leave your office, then we are only a phone call away and are able to show you how to do something by logging onto your PC and demonstrating in real time, or directing you to our online user guide.
